Photos - To Miramar Beach, Choctawhatchee Bay, Wetappo Creek

The water is as brown as Coca-Cola.
It's not pollution, it's tannins from the cypress trees.

Don't know if this stuff is natural or not.
Shrimp boat!
Marsh grass at Wetappo Creek (and alligators)

Anchorage at Wetappo Creek, very calm

Uh-oh

Variety of vegetation, right to the river's edge

The roots of these trees grow right out of the water

Apalachicola, Florida, looked like a cute town ...

but we didn't stop. We're eager to get to
Carrabelle to catch the window for crossing the Gulf.
